High quality parallel light from HOLORER-it can be useful for inspecting surface of transparent objects (glass) or mirrored products (metal) and foreign objects. Minute flaw on glass or metallic surface and not even resist layer can be found without missing out. To detect scattering light beam caused by flaw and foreign objects, it is important to optimize the angle of light to the sample and observation angle.

Observation of minute change of the refraction index occurred inside the glass lens with the telecentric lighting can be possible. This is useful for inspection of products with the bright and dark fringes from the transmissive lighting.
